It might not be cheap as the price range varies from 100$ to over 1000$. It would be beneficial if you choose them on the base of your requirement rather than the things that are advertised. If you are likely to use the electric cars for your daily routine, they don’t deplete more battery and can be charged overnight by the use of simple 120v EV charger.

Level 1:
It is normal 120 v charger which can be attached to any of primary household outlet without any extra cost added. But the bad side is the charging could be slow and stressful/
Level 2:
This is plugged in 240 volts higher output power source that can also be used for AC or oven. The charging time is significantly increased as compared to Level-1 chargers. The level 2 charger can cost you from a range between to 300$ up to 1200$ without installation depending upon the make and the model of the charger.
Level-3:
They are high-end EV chargers which can add up to a range of 144 km’s over the charge cycle of just 20 minutes only. These chargers can be expensive and going to cost you up to thousands of dollars. These level 3 chargers not only increase the installation, but it can severely damage your car battery. So these chargers are not recommended for home installations at all. Their operation is also prohibited for use by most consumers.
