Do not Rush, Be calm

We live in a fast moving world and everyone has a busy and hectic routine. Every day is a new challenge loaded with the tasks. We all have advance schedules and meetings set up.  As the pressure increases we push ourselves faster, but this not the solution. We should consider a phrase from Garfunkel’s 59th St. Bridge song which gives us the message to cut down rather than to move fast.
Give relief to yourself by stepping off a fast-moving life.

We live in a fast moving world and everyone has a busy and hectic routine. Every day is a new challenge loaded with the tasks. We all have advance schedules and meetings set up.  As the pressure increases we push ourselves faster, but this not the solution. We should consider a phrase from Garfunkel’s 59th St. Bridge song which gives us the message to cut down rather than to move fast.
Give relief to yourself by stepping off a fast-moving life. Give yourself time finding things for excitement, fun and happiness. Make yourself calm by watching flowers growing and notice nature. There are 3 reasons why should we put ourselves on a slower side of life and gain motivation.
First is to allow yourself to relax by giving permission and feel some excitement which will be great and you will feel younger, energetic and helps you with self-improvement. Allow yourself to enjoy the relaxing time and quit fooling yourself around as we all need to put yourself on slow track or you can engage yourself in updating your bucket list. When you feel fresh it will help you to stay more energetic more focused and cause no or fewer mistakes.
Make yourself relax for ten minutes each day. Just try to utilize this time when you feel more tired and stressed. If this is not possible just do not worry, just put this time on your priority list which will surely help you out.
Always try to do experiment with your free time. It is not that much important but will help you to understand how you should spend your free time and what are the things that you want according to your mood that day. This time is spent by some people to relax or some prefer to pray or meditate. You might always think to put some free time into your busy schedule. Just read a poem, devotional, or relax yourself out in the sun or just pick up the flower.  Try to enjoy a good day by a fantasy or moment or a device maybe whichever helps you to get out from the stressful moments. Try to lose yourself completely in that moment some people prefer watching a TV, or catching a fish, or watch the birds or anything you might find attractive or seems fit to you.
The modern world always fantasizes a person to become extraordinary in terms of performance and success oriented and tries to keep a person in the competition. But a time comes we greatly feel to cut down ourselves. If we fail to understand the importance of this time it will become greatly depressing and frustrating. When we try to cut down out of fast track life it will help us to handle pressure and stress. Moreover, it will greatly help us to prepare our self of less intensive lifestyle in upcoming life and self-visualization. As time passes you will prefer the slow track life rather than fast life.
In the last by taking out some time will give you a chance in order to understand and dream. In the modern fast moving world, you fail to understand the things in the bigger picture. It will make you understand either is this the life you really dreamed about or an inspiration or dream or goal which you really wanted to achieve in your life.
So now it is a time to sit back and give time to yourself and enjoy the things, the nature, the people, and the environment around you.
Did you ever think when you really made yourself relax?  Self-help yourself by giving time to yourself and you will feel relaxed and low-stress level. This will greatly put yourself in streamline.
