Our brains are engineered for survival. To do this communication with other human beings is essential. The communication is the key elements which enabled humans to survive for this long.To make a classroom more socialized, the feelings of individual students is valued and cared by their class fellows as well as their teachers. If we want our kids to become more resilient, we must strengthen our bond with the school environment (Amstrong, 2008). The main reason for the kids to leave their school is due to little or no sense of such socialized bond, so it is mandatory for teachers to build caring relationships within classrooms which will help to build the emotional and social development of the children.
The Psychological Happenings in Brans of Emotional Students
We actively involve our self when we interact with others. The left lobe of the brain becomes stimulated as we have a positive social interaction with anyone as a result of confident and successful communication. When we become sad or face a distressed feeling, our frontal lobe of right side of the brain is actively involved. The social interaction can be nourishing or toxic, but the relationships will affects the emotional state of a child as well. The studies show that the teacher shows more positive and warm regards towards the kids of 1st to 5th grade with a nurturing classroom environment which helps the students to perform better and make them more socialized.
